Two patented features give the Quick Switch Radiator long-life and easy-maintenance which cannot be duplicated by any other radiator. They are:

Modular Cores
Instead of the usual full-width core, a Quick Switch radiator is a side-by-side combination of modular cores. If one module is damaged on the job it can be replaced on the spot in minutes. If a replacement is not immediately available, the coolant can be shunted around the damaged core, permitting the machine to continue working at slightly reduced speed or load until the replacement arrives.
Rubber Shock Mounts
Quick Switch cores are cushioned, top and bottom between rubber mounts which absorb terrain twist, impact loads, vibration, and relieve heat-induced expansion/contraction stress.
